"413 Entity Too Large"

Just hit this issue on a section with at least 25 fields.

Upon attempting to export, nothing happened and I was curious as to why. Upon checking the console in Chrome (Latest build left to auto update), the string seems too long for a local WAMP build but I'm guessing we may run into issues in the future with other limits I guess. Is this '413' error a local WAMP build issue or have you experienced anything similar before?
