can't see video stream

first of all: i really love your creation! there's nothing like this out there. to me, this is the initial version of getting into "neuromancer"!
ok, now to the bug: i can't see the webcam stream.
my settings:

• Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920
• Oculus CV1
• Oculus App 1.20.0.474906
• Firefox 56.0.2 (64 Bit, I allowed the tab to use the webcam)
• Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit / Direct X 12.0
• Nvidia GeForce GTX 980

I tried the webcam in other windows apps and it does work.
