Add configuration option to use pipeline

Currently there is no way to use the ingest pipeline.
Would be good to add this feature.
The value can come from connectionString and be used to form Uri.

This is a good idea, yes. I'm trying to get back to updating this lib and I'll look into adding this functionality.
