CSS shadows not rendered on mobile

CSS text-shadow and box-shadow are not rendered on mobile devices.
Tested on iOS Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

I tried do replace text-shadow with drop-shadow filter. drop-shadow gets rendered but on mobile the text is low quality.
