[FR] Click anywhere on Group name to toggle show/hide subgroups. #1304

The target of the "V" icon is small. Please add the click function to the whole Group name to show/hide the subgroups.

I have accessibility issues and clicking the icon can slow me down.

[note] This is also the same issue in the FF ext when adding / updating an entry.
