Unable to use multiple Dropbox accounts (portable build) #1314
Comments
Hello! Does the Dropbox auth page not open in your system browser? You should be able to go to Dropbox.com and logout there, then try connecting another vault after that. |
Dropbox auth page not open in my system browser. When I click on Dropbox logo to add a vault it redirects me to the dialogue box of the current Dropbox account where I can choose a vault to open, but I need to login to another Dropbox account |
Is there a solution so far? |
i think you can use alist with webdav solve this probelm. Use alist to login Dropbox. |
It reminds me of when Google Drive was mostly doing the same, without asking which account the user wanted to use once a first connection had been established (either an account that had already been used with Buttercup or to log in a completely different one). I confirm what @ahmloutfy is seeing: once a vault has been added through Dropbox, adding a new vault through Dropbox automatically reuses the logged session. |
@ahmloutfy could you rename this issue. It seems to be related to adding a second Dropbox vault from a different account doesn't allow changing account |
I solved the problem through downgrading to earlier version, add multiple google drive accounts, then updating again to latest version, and it works without problems |
Hello!
How can I logout from Dropbox on the portable version in order to add new vault from another Dropbox account?
