devices not responding

I installed the plugin and it isn't responding to me on homekit. I checked the logs and it tells me that it can not connect via HTTP, BLE , and AWS. I tried to troubleshoot, due to the openssl error. Now, I get "invalid code error 1".

I'm using Homebridge v1.8.1
UI : v4.56.2
Platform: Windows 10
Node: 20.11.1
