What issue do you have? Please be as thorough and explicit as possible.

The plugin was able to discover my device and it appears in Apple Home however none of the controls are responsive. To clarify, when I turn it on or off/or change the brightness of the TV LED strip the logs in Homebridge see that I'm changing things on my phone however the actual led strip on the tv is unresponsive (doesn't turn on/off, or change color, or brightness).

Details of your setup.

  • Do you use (1) Homebridge UI-X (2) Homebridge CLI or (3) HOOBS?
To be honest I'm not sure and I don't want to guess... kind of a noob at all this. I installed homebridge using the Raspberry Pi Imager (https://www.raspberrypi.org/software/) and through that I selected the 64bit version of Homebridge.

  • Which version of Homebridge/HOOBS do you have?
    Homebridge v1.8.1

  • Which platform do you run Homebridge/HOOBS on (e.g. Raspberry Pi/Windows/HOOBS Box)? Please also mention your version of Node.js/NPM if known.

Platform: Raspberry Pi 5
Node.js version: v20.12.2

  • Which version of this plugin (homebridge-govee) do you have? Has the issue started since upgrading from a previous version?
    Homebridge Govee v10.7.1

  • Which Govee devices do you have that are causing issues? Please include product models if applicable.

None of the changes to the brightness or state took on the actual light strip however the changes (which were made via apple Home on my iPhone, did display in the Homebridge logs)
