Error 404 When Configuring GitOps

Describe the bug

I had a successfully working GitOps configuration using GitLab Self Hosted and everything was perfectly working till version 2.12.0 but then I upgraded to the latest version i.e. 2.13.1 and the project that was configured with the previous version is integrating correctly but I am not able to configure GitOps with GitLab Self Hosted on a new project as I'm getting error code 404 after successful authentication with GitLab Self Hosted.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Projects.
2. Select the relevant project.
3. Select GitOps from the Integration menu.
4. Select GitOps workflow.
5. Click Configure.
6. Select the already configured GitLab Self Hosted.
7. Authenticate successfully.
8. ERROR 404

Expected behavior

After Step 7, at step 8 there should be the GitLab Project selection menu to link the Bytebase Project to GitLab Project.

Provide the database you are using

MySQL 8.0

Provide the version control system you are using

GitLab CE 16.6.2
