We do want to make sure that SQL check catches all instances where TRUNCATE table CASCADE is called, but do want to allow creation of references that ON DELETE CASCADE

I'd want the Prohibit using "CASCADE" option in DDL statements SQL check to be split up into two, or get options so that I can configure cascading foreign keys independently of cascading truncation.
