Browser build

Would it be possible to provide an easy way to include script from the browser?

E.g. https://unpkg.com/benny would be perfect, but currently results in a CommonJS version built for Node.js, because there is no browser build of the library.

Alternatively, maybe it's worth changing output to ESM? Then it can be compatible with both (latest) Node.js as well as browsers automatically.

I would love a browser built as well. It would be especially great if one could load it on https://observablehq.com, which best works with esm or amd builds.
