JS Workflow tied to a JS file

Description

As a feature request, please, is it possible to make a JS workflow by simply providing a local path to an external .js file.

Use cases

I mean rather then developing in VSCode seperatly and then copy the .js file content into the caido UI, hit save... Is it possible to just provide the local path to the js file once for all?! And at each js workflow use, it checks the js file for updates, for instance.
