Madmom updates causes jerkiness

We basically use Madmom as a glorified clapper. However, there's an extra step that needs to occur to predict the next beat. Right now the code to do this is pretty dumb, and basically just updates the prediction of the next beat whenever we get an updated clap. This causes most visualizers to feel a bit jerky whenever Madmom gets an unexpected update.
