[windows] Multipass uninstaller leaves behind files #3409

Describe the bug
Even when confirming that the uninstaller should remove all Multipass data, the Windows uninstaller leaves behind some files under the user's AppData directory. Namely,

  • multipass-client-certificate
  • multipass\multipass.conf
