No easy way to report errors in the docs

I was reading the docs at https://docs.ubuntu.com/core/en/stacks/bluetooth/doc/overview
and found a small markup mistake. Wanted to fix it, but had to search quite a bit to find the right place to submit a bugfix or patch.

We should give end users an easy way to report bugs in the documentation.
Perhaps a link in the footer to this bugtracker?

https://docs.ubuntu.com/core/en/stacks/bluetooth/doc/overview is quite outdated. For every future version of the bluez documentation we include a link where people can submit bugs too directly in the page similar to what we do here: https://docs.ubuntu.com/core/en/stacks/network/network-manager/docs/report-bug
