Describe the bug
I am unable to produce a package for MAS upload that will pass validation in transporter.

Asset validation failed (90296)
App sandbox not enabled. The following executables must include the "com.apple.security.app-sandbox" entitlement with a Boolean value of true in the entitlements property list: [(

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new electron project
2. cd electron && npm run electron:build-mac
3. Upload pkg to transporter
