Need a version without reactjs

We are currently using javascript with bootstrap. We can pay for a version that doesn't require reactjs.

@maxleiko --- I am looking for a library that could be used for a science IDE, which are basically like dashboards of panels and tabs *code, file browser, console, terminal, variable viewer, help, plots, ...) that users rearrange to their liking.

Golden layout is beautiful in terms of how it works. But it only basically has tabs, no panels. Also you can't rearrange a group of tabs.

I'm not a react programmer and don't want to be. But I would like to be able to use this awesome library.
