I am interested in the Carew CMS and have installed it under http://wpzweinull.ch/cms/carew/web. Then I have my data in the file entered config.yml, but may in the frontend under /web find no changes.

How can I how to do it right there to find out?

And you have to offline blog in this CMS or is there a real backend?
