Possible exclusion criteria

First of all, thanks for creating this action. It helped us a lot with cleaning up numerous repos with many old and stale branches.

While doing this we noticed that some old branches do not have associated pull requests.

Question - would it be possible to create additional parameter to exclude those from deleting?

Hi there! Thanks for the feedback and please excuse my late response. I'm glad you find this useful 😄
I like that feature idea. I guess it might make sense to not only exclude a single check but rather add a toggle for each condition checked.

I'm on a vacation trip currently but I'll see if I can make this happen once I'm back home next week.
