Submitting response in French and downloading CSV only shows English header for questions #3632

Description

Response submitted in French has column headings in English in the CSV.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to GC Forms > Draft form
  2. Submit a test response in French
  3. Download CSV
  4. See EN headings for FR answers

  • Browser: Edge
  • Operating system: Windows
  • Environment: Staging
  • Language: French
  • Viewport: Tablet

Expected behaviour

Bilingual headings or language of response?

Is this because the default view for excel cuts off the french header? When I download a CSV it gives me headers in both languages.

@anikbrazeau do you mind retesting? The issue doesn't seem to come up on my end either

In Numbers on Mac both appear, but on Excel on Windows, only English headings appear even when downloaded from the French interface.
