Description

Form file name can span many lines increasing the size of cards

Steps to reproduce

Go to GC Forms
Create a form with a really long name and a form with a really short name
Go to "Forms"
See these two side-by-side and notice card differences

Browser: Edge
Operating system: Windows
Environment: Staging
Language: French
Viewport: Tablet

Expected behaviour

Consistent size of cards
