Description:

Update the visual styling of the end-user form to enhance user experience.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Styling aligns with new design specifications
  • Responsive design validated across different devices and browsers (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • Ensure contrast and font sizes meet accessibility standards

Design system doesn't have styling for the review page. We'll propose our MVP and then send to them for review and contribution.

I had a quick chat with @samsadasivan and the design and responsive design are functional as an MVP.
The accessibility work for the end-user form, I think this can be moved to 3665? The same issues mentioned about the confirmation screen missing an H1 and updating the browser title. If so, I think we can close this ticket @srtalbot?
