testground/node: debug logging absence in cluster env #54

In local:docker, even with error logs, we can see them
This is not the case for cluster:k8s env, so we need to find the root cause and fix it.

The root cause is found, hence we can close this issue and follow-up on the ipfs/go-log repo
Ref: ipfs/go-log#136

In the meantime, I'm using my fork of go-log instead of dev/nulling the fileoutput in dockerfile
