[quincy] rbd/admin: Fix TestMirrorSnapshotScheduleStatus #680

In order to merge quincy CI support, the test "TestMirrorSnapshotScheduleStatus" was disabled on ceph quincy.

Line 25 in 68eff5d

skipIfQuincy(t)

We need to revisit this test failure and remove the test skip to have the test suite fully operational on quincy.
