Incorrect spacing between .a-label__heading and .a-text-input

The margin between .a-label__heading and .a-text-input is 15px instead of 10px

Current behavior

• .a-label__heading has a 10px bottom margin that does not collapse with the 5px top margin applied to .a-label + .a-text-input

Expected behavior

• The design manual specifies 10px of space between a label and its text input
