Automatically commit/create changesets on PR's from specific users #1306

Problem

We use https://github.com/apps/renovate to update our dependencies.

Is there a way to configure changeset so that it automatically commits the default template to the PR?

The default changeset looks like this:

---
"@apps/my-app": patch
---

chore(deps): update all non-major dependencies
