A git commit _is_ a changeset. The name of this package and the bot are confusing. #1307

The bot here says things like "No Changeset found" on PRs with commits. Commits are changesets, by definition.

I wish you wouldn't overload such a common term to mean something else.

Since renaming the package won't make sense, maybe the message the bot puts out could be altered so those that open PRs don't think they've made a mistake by opening a PR with an empty commit?
