Square bracket syntax + HTML doesn't highlight square bracket syntax #3

Doing a :setfiletype html.ftl works fine if using the normal syntax and HTML, but if using the square bracket syntax and HTML, setting the filetype thusly doesn't highlight the HTML, at least not when using MacVim 7.3 (53) on Mac OS 10.6.

Adding it back in works just fine.

Reverting the most recent pull request fixes the issue for me.
