Support Traditional Chinese locale

Hi! Right now, as i know, Traditional Chinese locale is not supported. Planned its in future?

There is no difference (at least for now) among all characters used in this project between Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. It is safe (Although it may not be politically correct) to ship the Simplified Chinese localization to Traditional Chinese users for this project.

That Chinese Hong Kong is another story. They contains capitalized (?) numbers written in Simplified Chinese (????). It is complicated to explain the difference but it is not used in everyday life. Plus Hong Kong uses Traditional Chinese instead of Simplified.
