getting 403 forbidden from your public tar

I have the vuejs-datepicker v 1.6.2 in my package.json but when I run a npm install I get a 403 forbidden error from your jfrog repo

https://amplearning.jfrog.io/amplearning/api/npm/amplify-npm/vuejs-datepicker/-/vuejs-datepicker-1.6.2.tgz

message: "Download request for repo:path 'npm-local:vuejs-datepicker/-/vuejs-datepicker-1.6.2.tgz' is forbidden for user: 'anonymous'."
