Describe the bug
keyboard shortcuts only work on English keyboard layout.

Setup
Please complete the following information along with version numbers, if applicable.

• CachyOS (ArchLinux-based)
• Bash
• Alacritty
• No Terminal Multiplexer
• C, C.utf8, en_US.utf8, POSIX, ru_RU.utf8

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run glow
2. switch keyboard layout
3. from now on it is impossible to interact with glow

Expected behavior
programs should be controlled equally on any keyboard layout. Keyboard shortcuts should not be limited to one language. Programs must use key codes and be independent of the English keyboard layout.
