Excel Dataset - Line Area between min and max

I'd like to create a grey area that will be limited by the lines "Min" and "Max".

Example preview:
The grey area has been created with datasets:
"Min" - minimal values
"2018-2022" - Difference between Max and Min value

As you can see, we have just only label 2018-2022 without label "Min".

Hmm, this is a bit complicated but there are a few ways to do it:

1. Create datasets for min and max, then fill between them using either the relative dataset index or absolute dataset index modes https://www.chartjs.org/docs/latest/charts/area.html
2. Create a single dataset for min and max and set the fill to 'shape'

How can I create a single dataset for min and max (solution 2)?

Let's say I have temperatures:
Axis X: ['Jan', 'Feb', 'Mar', 'Apr', 'May', 'Jun'];
min: [10, 8, 12, 15, 3, 4];
max: [14, 9, 18, 20, 3, 8];
