[BUG] Bar chart with linear time scale produces inconsistent bar width #5306

Expected Behavior

When using linear time scale with bar chart, bar width should be the same for each bar.

Current Behavior

Bars have different sizes.

Duplicates #4666 (and many more), fixed by #4994 and freshly released in 2.7.2
