Bar border has an outline

Expected Behavior

bar borders do not have an outer outline

Current Behavior

There is a very small outline around the bar border

Steps to Reproduce

Create a bar chart that has bars with border

Context

The faded borderline looks a bit weird, and it is noticeable sometimes.
