问题描述 Issue Description

用户发布的内容，会影响全站https

怎么了 What

在发布评论、设置头像时，有些图片的来源不是https时，会导致无法实现全站https。
因此对启用https的站点，用户在发布评论、设置头像时，应当强制检查https。
