[FEATURE REQUEST] Store image thumbnails and video previews in S3 bucket

Currently when using S3 as a storage provider, images are stored in the bucket but thumbnails are still stored locally

I'd like to have an option to store image thumbnails and video previews in an S3 bucket alongside the images, instead of having thumbnails stored separately
