馃挕 Summary

We should explore migrating from the Docker plugin for Molecule to the podman plugin.

Motivation and context

While reading the related issues/pull requests for #113 I ran across ansible-community/molecule-docker#152 (comment). If this statement is true then we should explore using podman to back our Ansible role testing configurations.

Implementation notes

We would need to test using podman to back our testing configurations and ensure that it works as expected across the already supported platforms we use for development (macOS, Arch Linux, WSL, etc.).
