We're running into gaurav-nelson/github-action-markdown-link-check#143, github/docs#17358.

One option to fix this now would be to ignore GitHub Docs URLs, which is suboptimal, or continue clicking the failed links manually in the Action overview, which isn't nice but slightly better IMHO.
