When failing to load the list of bicycles, the view should show an icon with information, instead of an empty list (or crashing).

Icon: https://thenounproject.com/search/?q=disconnected&i=468629 (attribution should be added to the readme of this repo). The icon should be tinted yellow, the same way as other ones: https://github.com/citybikes/citybikes-watchos/blob/master/Citybikes%20WatchKit%20Extension/Views/ContentView.swift#L76
