Steps to reproduce the problem

Try to manage a few hundred users of an organization with hundreds of repositories via the excludes.

What is the expected result?

It should be possible to exclude all users who are a member of the organization that owns the repository by just a checkbox in the CLA app.

What happens instead?

I have to do it more or less manually... Even by getting the list of users via API from Github, I still need to update the list manually in the CLA app - no fun, not effective.
