Steps to reproduce the problem

What is the expected result?

For the text to be easily readble.

What happens instead?

It's not. The text has to be copied to an external application.
While the contrast for the text color is accessible, the font weight is not. I struggle to read the agreement as is, and that pulls into question whether I can legally agree to it.

Any other information? (attach screenshot if possible)

This issue appears to be worst in Chrome while using. Here's a realtively zoomed in (so it's more readable) screenshot of what I see:

Used browser and browser version?

Chrome 122.0.6261.95 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 11.

Any other tested browsers/devices(OK/FAIL):

Firefox isn't ideal either.
Edge is okay.
