here are the PRs that I am unable to merge cause I can not sign the user agreement
redis/redis#12634 (comment)
redis/redis#12635 (comment)

When I hit the sign button it just refreshes the page and I can not sign my request.

I expect it to sign the agreement and redirect me to the PR and update the status for the PR.

Hi @KharitonOff,
Would you be able to help on this, It seems there is no way to sign redis cla.
It just keeps refreshing the same page
