Once pinojs/pino#471 is resolve we should consider creating an env_logger extension that outputs Bunyan / Pino style JSON to stdout. The log format for that has proven to be compatible with a good set of logging systems, and given it's relatively easy to parse it's probably a decent default for most systems.
