Bold subcommand for discoverability

I was unaware of cargo have shortcuts such as cargo b. It would be nice to bold them either automatically or manually when InferSubcommands is disabled, like cargo **b**uild to make it more discoverable in --help. rust-lang/cargo#6104 (comment)

Is there any way this could be done?

Ah, yes that would work. Just wondering is the template computed at compile time? Also, should we show the default clap template so users could modify it if they want?
