Using a custom parse function

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to specify a custom parsing method to handle types which do not implement the FromStr trait, e.g.:

#[derive(Clap)]
struct Args {
    #[clap(long = "timeout")]
    timeout: Option<Duration>,
}

It's not a big deal as I can always parse it as a u64 and later on do Duration::from_millis(), but at the same time defining timeout as a Duration in Args rather then a u64 would keep the code slightly cleaner.

https://docs.rs/structopt/0.3.13/structopt/#custom-string-parsers. Logic related to this hasn't changed in clap.
