Config import fails

Hi!
when i try to import a config.ini it is not working as expected.

In the Log i see the following:

The System is Windows 10 22H2 x64 an i use clawPDF 0.9.3. I get the same behavior when running with adminrights.

Workaround:
export Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\clawSoft with regedit
copy it to another machine and import it.
