Incorrect URL rebasing #78

Using command cleancss --with-rebase src/scss/index.css -o dist/main.min.css.
A URL within /src/scss/modules/_component.scss is being re-based incorrectly.
CSS: url("../../assets/icons/icon-chevron.svg");
Rebases to: url("../assets/icons/icon-chevron.svg");
Should rebase to: url("assets/icons/icon-chevron.svg");
