Document the need to disable Bosh human_readable_vm_names on OpenStack

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to make Openstack cloud provider working you need to disable on Bosh human_readable_vm_names. See old PR #149 with details and the bosh-deployment PR cloudfoundry/bosh-deployment#172

Describe the solution you'd like
Disabling human readable names is to be done in the Bosh Director, outside of the CFCR perimeter, so no change on the kubo-release or kubo-deployment is requested. However this should be documented and be explicit and clear for anybody that attempts to deploy CFCR on OpenStack.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Differente doc locations. README preferred now that the CFCR docs are gone.
