Describe the bug
文件夹名称不会转义斜杠

To Reproduce
举个例子，我建了一个文件夹名字为这个

创建完毕是这样的

Expected behavior
文件目录最终为 /测试目录1/2，实际为 /测试目录1/2

Version
Cloudreve v3.8.3，docker 安装
