Taken from TAG Env Sustainability: cncf/tag-env-sustainability#325

When content is created or updated on the English website, this needs to be translated to other websites.
We currently have a GH action to check for this content and post in the issue that content needs to be updated. We could instead or additionally create new GH issues for each language to translate the new content.

Could this also include making the - If you update content, that has corresponding files in other languages, include a note suggesting that users check the English page for the most recent updates in those translated pages. section of the current GH Action redundant? E.g., if there is a diff, add this text and open the PR?

Just an idea for if/when we pick this up 🚀
